 Last minute cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the service(s). No call no shows will also be charged 50% of the service(s). You get a 10 minute grace period after your appointment starts to show up before the appointment is cancelled.
